with weight machines, free weights,

rowers, bikes, treadmills, TV,

With safe and easy access from SH1 we have a huge area available for your use.

Incorporating nearly 2 hectares of flood-lit open space these areas are available to the public for club sports, events, parties, galas, weddings and much more......
